The Great Plains Zoo offers visitors an up-close look at more than 1,000 animals, from anteaters to zebras, penguins to porcupines, and including an exciting animal collection often not found in larger zoos: snow monkeys, giraffes, tigers, zebras, rhinos and a jumping, hooting array of primates.

The Zoo also includes the Delbridge Museum of Natural History, a local treasure that houses a rare, one-in-the-world collection of 150 mounted animals from six continents, including 38 “vanishing species”.

*Because the zoo remains open year round, some animals may be off display, and some exhibits may be closed due to weather.
